Sokew & Blaez

That song, sung by Shania Twain, is the definition of Sokew and Blaez's relationship. Sokew is the white wolf in front who is leaving her pack for the first time ever on a journey to find her inner self. Blaez is one of the three wolves howling.... he's the one in the middle right in front of the setting sun. The other two wolves are Sokew's parents, Thundruth and Alessa. Thundruth is on the right, and Alessa is on the left.

This was very fun to make, actually, but it took a long while; about 8 or 9 hours! To some, that might not be long, however I'm used to finishing pieces in a third of that length of time! Looking at it now, I see that the mountains are atrocious, the wolves in the back turned out surprisingly well, the white wolf in the front looks like a poorly- shaded grey giraffe with matted fur, and the sky has some half- ass blending goin' on. Oh, well ^^ The imperfections of art make it unique I guess

I had around 50 layers ( I stopped counting after like 43

I reffed photos on Google for the wolf positions, and after 90+ times, I got it right!! The fur was another matter entirely..... *shudders*.
